Warranty Policy

Purpose

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Homesoul Theyyampattil provides warranty coverage for products purchased from our store or authorized dealers. The warranty aims to assure our customers of product quality and after-sales support.

Scope of Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from Homesoul Theyyampattil and covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser upon presentation of the Original invoice/Warranty Card.

Warranty Coverage Includes
  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  • Structural damage under normal usage.
  • Mechanism or hardware malfunction (e.g., recliner mechanisms, drawer runners, hinges).
Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, or fading.
  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or negligent handling.
  • Use of harsh cleaning agents, exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture.
  • Upholstery discoloration, fabric pilling, or natural leather variations.
  • Damages caused by relocation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products used in commercial or rental settings.
Warranty Claim Process
  1. Customer must provide:
      • Original Purchase invoice with Warranty mentioned / Warranty Card.
      • Photographs or video clearly showing the defect.
  2. Claims must be submitted to customercare@homesoulliving.com Or +918138833666 within the warranty period.
  3. Upon inspection, Homesoul Theyyampattil will determine whether repair, replacement, or service is applicable.
  4. Repair or replacement decisions are at the discretion of Homesoul Theyyampattil.
  5. If a replacement is offered and the original product/model is unavailable, an equivalent product or part will be provided.

 

Service Terms

On-site service is available for products within city limits.

For products outside serviceable areas, the customer may be required to bring the product to the service center.

Service visits for out-of-warranty issues may incur inspection or transportation charges.

Limitation of Liability

Homesoul Theyyampattil shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Any loss of value or time due to service delays or product unavailability.
Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Kerala,India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Calicut or Kannur
